Menomonee Falls small business owner Todd Kolosso announced his candidacy earlier this week to unseat Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Country Club) in Wisconsin’s fifth Congressional district. While I’ll obviously be rooting for Kolosso, I don’t know that his odds of unseating Rep. Sensenbrenner are that great, given the makeup of the fifth district.
