Menu Plan Monday – September 7th
This week I’m planning to get a few things into the freezer. Raspberries are on sale, so I’ll be making the Chocolate Chip Raspberry Pancakes on my “Stock the Freezer” List . And green peppers are on sale, so I plan to make up a large batch of ground beef with onions and green peppers to freeze (also on my freezer list !) Monday - Birthday Party Tuesday - Pasta Primavera ($5 Dinner Challenge will be on Tuesday this week!) Wednesday - Baked Italian Pork Chops, Homemade Rolls
