LONDON, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- The United Kingdom is set to become a world leader in green energy technology by fast-tracking patent applications, the intellectual property minister said.
Green-tech patent program off target pace
A federal program to encourage economic activity in green technologies has not yet yielded the volume of fast-track patent applications as expected.
