Jul.11, 2009 in Uncategorized I have kale, celery, collard greens, and carrots should I use only a few ingredients or all then I have some fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, should I put them in a fruit juice and blend them, such as apple, lemonade, or orange juice. Should I freeze any of them meaning the veggies or fruits.
