Menomonee Falls small business owner Todd Kolosso announced his candidacy earlier this week to unseat Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Country Club) in Wisconsin’s fifth Congressional district. While I’ll obviously be rooting for Kolosso, I don’t know that his odds of unseating Rep. Sensenbrenner are that great, given the makeup of the fifth district. 34 Egyptian fishermen were held captive by Somali pirates for the past four months, with the pirates rejecting a $200,000 ransom offer on Wednesday. Yesterday the fishermen overpowered their armed captors and escaped on their fishing ships.
