Green Chile and Ham Quiche with Potato Crust

I loved the Veggie Quiche with Potato Crust so much that I really wanted to make it again using different ingredients. This time I added ham, green chiles, green onions, tomatoes, cotija cheese and caramelized onions. It was excellent. I loved the salty ham and cotija cheese with the flavorful chiles and onions. My kids won't eat eggs so they didn't try it but my husband and I really loved it.
