Cowalfest , Argyll’s successful innovation in linking walking to fun and sympathetic activities, mainly artistic, is a serial supporter of charities. Last year (2o08) it collected for the Mountain Rescue Team at Arrochar, serving the Arrochar Alps on the north eastern border of Cowal.
