Flu Fighter Muffins

These muffins are packed with lots of yummy immune system building goodies, and they taste good too. Serve ‘em up with a green smoothie and you have the ingredients for a mean, flu fighting, immune system machine. They also freeze well so I have been making up double batches and keeping them on hand for a fast and healthy breakfast or snack. All the kids are pros at brownies now, so we made it a cooking lesson. Spikekid/Ma

Review – La Bavaisienne Ambrée

From Theillier La Bavaisienne – La Bavaisienne is artfully brewed in very small batches using a resourceful combination of ancient and more modern equipment. This rare treat is a rich amber color with a gorgeous, dense head. Hearty malt taste in perfect balance with fresh hop bitterness, and a natural hint of spiciness that is distinctly French. To be cellared and enjoyed like wine.Theillier La Bavaisienne – La Bavaisienne Ambrée – 750 ml. bottle poured into a goblet. 7% abv. Share by Andrew fro
