‘Green River Killer’ Pleads Guilty to No. 49

Gary Ridgway, the most prolific known serial killer in American history, pleaded guilty Friday to the murder of his 49th victim, Becky Marrero, a 20-year-old mother when she disappeared 28 years ago. Ridgway was arraigned and pleaded guilty at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent, Wash.
